Architect and university lecturer, he has worked in project design, co-ordination and management since 1971, being involved with numerous public and private developments of national importance. Recently (1997/2003) he designed and was responsible for the engineering operations to upgrade Italy’s 13 major railway stations for Grandi Stazioni S.p.A., part of FS (the Italian State Railways Group). The scale of the total project extended to 900,000 m2 of real estate and around 700 million Euros.
In 2004/2005, he was in charge of planning and co-ordinating the technical and administrative operations for property developments in the tourist industry to a value of over 300 million Euros.
He designed and is now managing the construction of a 40,000 m2 office complex within Rome’s new Exhibition Centre, as well as major building projects for universities for over 74,000 m2 .
Over the last ten years he has managed projects totalling over a billion Euros in investments and project management activities are ongoing for over 300 million Euros.
Partner of Ingenium Real Estate he is currently the Chairman of the company and is responsible for the company’s design, project management and construct management activities.
