Architect and university lecturer, he has worked in
Design and project coordination and management since 1971, being involved with numerous public and private developments of national importance.
From 1997 to 2003 he is the architectural designer and technical
coordinator for the general upgrading of Italy’s 13 major railway stations, charged by
Grandi Stazioni S.p.A., part of Italian state railways Group.
The scale of the total upgrading project was extended to 900,000 m2 of real estate and around 600 million euros.
In 2004/2005, he was in charge of design, planning and management of technical and administrative activities for tourist developments in the south of Italy to a value of over 300 million euros.
He designed and managed the construction of a 40,000 m2 office complex within Rome’s new Exhibition Centre, as well as building projects for Universities Campus for a gross amount of over 80,000 m2 and 2.700 beds.
Over the last ten years he has designed totalling over a billion euros in investments and managed project activities ongoing
for over 300 million euros.
Next projects: University Campus in Rome, innovative building programs for Social Housing in Rho/Milano, Brescia,Roma, Pesaro/Urbino), space planning and refurbishment of important existing office in Rome to achieve more efficiency and lower management costs.
He has been teaching in Florence University, and Luiss Business School, and lecturer in Rutgers State University,
Columbia University NY, Yale University and Paris XII University.
He is currently Chairman of Ingenium Real Estate and responsible for the company’s design, project management and construction management activities.
